The guys in wind are always miss ordering materials. Probably drunk and stoned based on what I see on third shift. Third shift stater wind is like a bunch of hung over zombies every night.
Those guys are just willingly showing up for 20 plus days straight are just showing up to get paid for 20 days straight. Nothing about their efforts are actually producing. If they were, the orders wouldn't be missed. Luckily, missed orders are tracked and when it's determined that it's a habit of human factor that can't be fixed, well then...... do I really have to spell the rest out?
Push and push keep guys busy like the plant manager cares. They already have the number of heads being cut in here. Some guys working 20 plus days in a row and still can’t make an order. Supplies and materials are being ordered late if they are correct supplies to begin with.
