@ypk+1aLJ2bXj Exactly what do you have to do with hiring? You post in every thread about “full class rosters”. We get it.
It’s after they get trained and laid off is when they quit. So it’s pretty much a waste of everyone’s time to hire and train people. My zone has a huge roster and the last 100 people are in L5 status.
The posts about people not applying for UP are totally false. They are made by folks who don’t have anything to do with hiring. The class rosters for new hire are full. Believe it or not, UP gets many more people applying than there are vacancies. The company is a horrible place to work, especially in the past several years, but truth is truth, UP has no problem getting applicants.
