I think GTECH never should have purchased IGT and all their debt. Gaming is taking down a once profitable lottery company.
The gaming industry did great during the first quarter of 2021. I would say mass layoffs are unlikely at this moment.
I’m surprised that there hasn’t been much movement lately. My manager actually told me that they might need to hire 2 people.
