Michelle was the best. Why would she leave? She was probably miserable but was able to find something else without relocating. Gave up all those years in fashion just to get out. Very sad.

Let’s hope that GvR gets Tracy’s backfill right. The interim person is a very capable and well liked woman, internally and externally. It would be a shame if she is added to the list of female executives to leave.
Does it really matter if they're SVP or VP????? Seems like a weak defensive answer. What's most concerning is that the people GVR personally hired into key roles are now leaving - Katie, Adam, Chris, Ginger and now Amber - shouldn't he join them?
They aren't SVPs. Yes, they are leaving or have left but they were VPs.
GVR may want an image makeover after the New York Post articles that exposed him as greedy greedy and greedy. Or maybe Amber just tired of having to create magic and love articles while the company burns. Or she tired of working for a person with a very large ego. Who knows? She will be missed.
The merchant team loses more talent! What a loss. She really must have wanted out.
