Section IV lists all of the witnesses. Section V begins the allegations against the company, Nefkens, NdM, etc. There's even mention of everyone's favorite Fleshlight.

We already have said many times that we à don’t have financial issues and can pay the employees. All bonuses and furlough were paid, all increases and there were many, were paid. Stick is raking in money.
All those post that are depressing are coming from Honeywell people in Melville, Austin, GV and other locations. They can’t bear that they have a much lower income and are fighting each other like the sociopath they are. We on the contrary help each other succeed and climb up. Good riddance to those people, we all laugh at them.
So has anybody figured out who any of these witnesses are?

Resideo IPs, privates Jets galore, tons of overpaid VPs.... worth more than 4Bn. They will ask for 7 and 4 will clinch the deal. OK... I'll buy that. But the longer it last the more it will be hard to deal.

Enron lawsuit…. 7.2Bn and there are even bigger amounts in many class action suits. The persons(s) posting the contents with insults is clearly there to rile people up. We can’t clean up re-zoo if we don’t get rid of the people that created this atmosphere of insult, blaming HON for their own incompetence.. (Notice the pattern of Brian ‘ insults come right after anyone asks for raw data)

Resideo had good engineers and management. They left due to the shenanigans ..... The Brno piece was telling and many witnesses can talk about The "Raj" and his underling fleshligth abusive behavior... So stop BSing and provide the raw data.
@1jpu The reason I posted this was so that people would know how full of BS you are. The witness list is set. It has been for over a year. Defense has already responded.
