Thread regarding ADP layoffs

How far does their micromanagement go?

I have heard horrible stories from people about the extent to which they were micromanaged. If there is anything that could make me leave this company as soon as possible, it will be micro-management.
I have been in this company for more than 7 years, I have always finished everything on time, I work very hard and I love my job. However, micromanagement never stops and the situation is becoming more and more difficult.

Agreed, it’s quite prevalent across parts of the company, specifically GPT/Datacloud. The micromanagement is paralyzing and the reason nothing is getting launched on time. Plus it’s leading to people working late into the night every night. It’s a sad state, especially given that ADP prides itself on a strong work/life balance.

Of you're in client service or implementation get used to it. If you can't handle it post out of leave. You should consider yourself lucky to be working and to be working for a company that gives an annual bonus to everyone. Don't be so ungrateful you little brat.

I really don't have a problem with micro management if the workers aren't ready to do their job and management is skilled in the task at hand. I see that's not often the case. It's the other way around. ADP has so many leads and managers that oversee a group that they know nothing about. Even worse is that they do not take the time to learn the tasks of the group they oversee.
