Every time I think the situation is finally getting stable, the rumors about layoffs start again.
How to be not demoralized in such an atmosphere? How to be productive in such uncertain conditions? It is constantly on my mind that no one is safe and that layoffs are always in preparation. I am definitely looking for a more stable environment.
