When I got the job here I was overjoyed. I came in with enthusiasm, ambition, a desire for work and improvement. I was really proud to work in a successful company.
It took me a long time to accept that GE is no longer such a company. I can’t say it’s still not powerful, but it’s not the kind of company I imagined myself working in.
