All the directors were let go, supervisors were promoted to managers, security was replaced by an outside company. Weekly machines are being taken out, either trashed or being shipped somewhere. Employees were told in meetings the reason for getting rid of machines was to save on electricity, REALLY? Stopped recycling about a year ago, dumpster is full of plastic and 55 gallon drums, how awful for the environment that a company will put money before the environment. Moral is bad, employees don't feel secure in their jobs and are leaving.

The former supervisors made managers have no idea what they are doing!
Employees are leaving, and why not? Any job is better and pays better than TTM CF.
Why stay? There's no job security and you're treated like cr-p everyday.
