Leave it to ADP go be off trend and not give the employees the option to remain hybrid along with their outdated Dinosaur old software’s.

ADP simply doesn't trust its employees to work from home. The employees must be brought back to the office where they can be watched carefully, to make sure that they are working and not goofing off.
This is the futuristic, "innovational" thinking that ADP understands and continually pushes. "Collaboration" is just a fig leaf to cover this uncomfortable mindset.
It's a crock of p-o for him to say everyone wants to be back in the office to "collaborate". The water-cooler talk he mentions slows down productivity. The actual workers do not need to be in the office to be productive, they proved it. I think leadership needs something to do. So that is why they want to drag everyone back into the office. Useless face to face meetings and more micro management.
I also think they may lose some of the tax breaks they received for the sweet deals they made with local governments at the super center locations. Getting people back into the office will generate business around the facilities.
What language is this? Lol
