Can anyone explain to me why this company needs so many managers?
We're almost at the point where every employee has their own manager - I caricature a bit but there really are too many of them. I don’t see the need at all to have so many managers. Worst of all, besides so many managers, there are no leaders. My opinion is that not one of these managers is a good leader.

We heard that Joe garagiola is going to be named the new CEO. This is great news.
What managers? These guys are used car salesman. We have an antique management team that should have retired 20 years ago.
I heard they were having tryouts for the Tenneco wrestling team in Skokie.
And the crowd goes wild this includes tax and license fees.
Working for this company is known as the rumble in the jungle. The yelling and screaming on conference calls is simply amazing. No other place could have such a positive work environment.
We need more managers. They are lonely. They need more drinking buddies.
My manager was great but I can see why you would say that many of them aren't really leader material.
