Billion dollar companies are not run like this.

All of us were mentally abused over the years in my opinion.
The only reason to stay there now is because of the benefits. Once the country can open up and more jobs become available, hopefully those fine employees that are still there will find employment at a nice company with a peaceful work safe non bullying environment.
Know why? I’ll tell you why.
A billion dollar company doesn’t give “ free reign” to the fat , drunk , and stupid
A billion dollar company treats every employee the same regardless of s-x, age, ethnicity, se-ual preference, or what college you went to ( think that liberal arts college just outside Brockton)
A billion dollar company values input and suggestions
A billion dollar company knows that their people are the biggest asset
A billion dollar company doesn’t threaten employees with termination
A billion dollar company tell its people the truth
And the list goes on…
