Just because she’s female, doesn’t mean she’s able - far from it.

The lady in question was one of the most inept, ignorant and incapable employees that Teradata ever had - and that’s really saying something as it’s a seriously high bar.

Promoted way above skills and capability, delivered nothing but third rate bug fixes for years.

Engineering may now actually start to deliver something again....who cares if the replacement is male, female or indeterminate as long as the job gets done.
