I see MTO's lining switches to make first OS, I see MOP's linking units to get trains out of town or save the engineer from making the trip to the rear DPU unit. I've also seen managers running paper work for the crews. Are these violations to our agreements?

Please give an example of this. Where, what train symbols, who is doing this, etc. just making a statement like this without any proof means nothing. Without details this is just another false, speculative posting.
I’m actually impressed. My MTO doesn’t know how to tell if a switch is lined for her movement and has routinely in the past stopped crews in the yard doing work to ask what track she’s in so she can do her manager tests.
