McCown needs to be replaced ASAP. His self-serving actions are putting this company at risk. Should have never been considered for the job or hired.
Good thing they don't require the CEO to take a breathalyzer or sobriety test whenever he decides to come into work, And, he is supposed care about people's safety.

worst ceo we have had. as said he doesn't fit, not very bright, and doesn't work hard. can't stand the way he talks to employees. the should get rid of him asap.
