Company is usually hiring because of the ridiculous amount of overtime. Plan on 3 out of 4 weekends a month and if an employee on the shift bf or after you calls in guess what you get an extra 4 hours to cover it. Great job to the union that allowed this.

Former employee....I agree....jp talking bad to people....some group leads and team leads more about getting off on power they think they have...cells busting tail end and group lead writing or saying nasty things to employees about rates when machines don't work right and numerous other things that take place...stop being so focused on rate...write downtime yes but at the end of the day write count and divide by hrs worked..too much time is lost because focusing and taking time out to do it..quit writing nasty things on boards ..quit humiliating your people...some rates are simply too high..you do it yourself if you think you can do better before you talk down to people....that way you are getting an hourly average that included downtime..too much time on this and group leads have to enter hourly numbers and walk around from board to board...employees having to stop and go write down number every hr ..as far as hr...manager is rude to employees and was from the get go...why does this person have a say in operations on the floor? I so agree with you
Jp ran this place in the ground...next person made it no better...management is a mess...group leads and some team leads have absolutely no business being in said positions...people are walking out left and right....management has no clue how it really is on the floor...temps also walk out...some lifts are not being used simply because it slows down production ...how sad is that..numbers before safety...the place is a joke...no one cares anymore.. ..company values say integrity...yeah right...why is it that hr so involved on the floor? Have never seen that anywhere ..run away don't work here..this place had the potential to be a good place at one time..not anymore...
