They remind me every day what a ridiculous company I work for. I’m safe for now, but this company is doing everything to make me quit. I don’t know about you, but I’m under more stress than ever. I absolutely no longer have any motivation to work in this company which has become one big joke.

Don't need layoffs when so many quitting every week
Layoffs will come once they stop creating so many new features and focus on fixing codebase
Hock's biggest expense is people so he wants to get as slim as possible and keep those renewals going
Would love a layoff so they pay me to leave
join the club. there's no motivation other than pushing thru the mud and make it tothe other side...so many execs are fu----g legends in their own minds...
cant complain about comp but you reach a point where that don't make up for the difference.
if ur late 50's/early 60's you have no choice but ride it out...under 50... GTFO....

yah...the culture is toxic, driven by execs infatuation with their compensation. bad behavior abounds.
best to leave on your own terms.
