I’m looking for a new job and hope to find it before I get laid off. The stress is huge. Lately, I absolutely can’t dedicate myself to work and concentrate because I’m demoralized, demotivated and very anxious. How do you deal with this unbearable situation in the company?

CS benefits pkg is below average. It doesn’t take much to find better. I’m sure Apple is leaps and bounds better.
Casually look, and if you are offered the ideal job take it. If not, keep you contacts and communications open and maybe the timing will be in your favor to collect the severance, take a 6-8 week vaca and walk in to a new opportunity.
if you are making decent money and have some seniority but are not upper management assume you're on the list and get out
I know someone who just took a job at Apple. Sounds like the stock options are a lot better too.
