This forum is always full of interesting discussions, valid/invalid criticisms and sometimes words of support for those leaving/left the company. No matter the topic though you can be sure someone will be there calling people “slackers”
I am genuinely so curious as to who and what kind of person would take the time to reply like that such on a regular basis.
I only hope they read this and can share more with us regarding their career journey so we can all learn how to not be “slackers”.
It is clear that the job justification slackers are on this site. Everyone knows that the company is full of slackers and incompetent people that could not re-qualify to keep their jobs. It is hoped that these slackers can obtain a strong toe-hold into the burger industry.
The company has about 95% of its workforce classified as “slackers.” The other 5% can be called “Doofus Dust for Brains.” 100% are very lazy. It is amazing how some of them actually make it to retirement. Pure Waste of Meat 🍖.
Now that we’ve established the definition of slackers, at Shell:
Slackers who talk big, progress and keep their jobs.
People who spend their time working hard, doing their job, and don’t spend their work hours socializing and being “visible” are always at risk of losing their job.
Not being a slacker at Shell means, make friends and talk a lot during all the BS meetings.

Sounds like OP has a limited vocabulary. To not be a slacker, do the opposite of what a slacker does:
Merriam-Webster: a person who shirks work or obligation
Cambridge: someone who does not work hard enough or put enough effort into something
Collins: If you describe someone as a slacker, you mean that they are lazy and do less work than they should.
