JRG is now there. Was in charge of locomotive a while back and you can see the shape of the fleet. Can’t manage his way out of a paper bag.

Lay off managers and bring us machinist back to work. I will be waiting for my phone call. I will put in my 2 weeks notice in June. I will be looking foward to tons of OT with the easiest money for jus sitting and waiting on trains.

So if the management is so great why are there trains sitting outside north platte everyday. On the east and west side every day. With only 165000 carloadings. When we had 190000 carloadings trains weren't sitting waiting to get in or out of the yard. If management was so good this cr-p wouldn't be sitting.
Do you have a better idea? The management right now isn't doing a very good job. The management is the reason the UP is the way it is right now in case you forgot.
Yea, leave it to the employees to run the railroad. Nobody would ever leave the crew room! We can sit around, BS with everyone else and tell lies. Then we will all be sad when we have no one else to blame for everything bad in our lives and will have to face the fact we are our own worst enemy!

That's a great idea! Let's get rid of all the management, and let the actual employees run the RR like we've been doing for well over a century.
