Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Leaving after Position Change

I recently transferred to a new team after working almost a year and a half in my previous role. I like my new team and working on exciting projects. A few months ago, I did apply to my dream company, and through some luck, I am one of the shortlisted candidates in the final interview. If I accept the role, would I burn any bridges with Enbridge since I am leaving my team after 3 months?

Maybe, maybe not. But if you act professionally on the way out, it will go a long way towards keeping that bridge structurally sound.

Leave company behind with zero thought.
This company puts little value to its employees.
Smoke and mirrors and stealth is how they make it seem so.
Don’t look back.

Leave. No matter what you think or how, comfortable you are, believe me, Enbridge doesn't give a rats #*s about you and could drop you in a new York minute for no good reason at all.

Don’t make decisions that you will regret. Put yourself first . Why would you care about something like that ?

What are you asking? You got a role at your 'dream company'. Be an adult, be professional and move on.
