It seems like it doesn't matter anymore if you go the extra mile or barely do anything, you'll receive the exact same treatment from your supervisor. I'm not sure if this is only an issue with my team or if it's a company issue, but I'm getting really tired of it. I don't see a reason to even try anymore.

No review in years. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. And it doesn’t matter where you are in the company. It’s cr-p even in headquarters.

Outside of appreciative callouts on town hall meetings, I haven't gotten anything from these people in years, even though I'm doing the job of my former boss as well as my old job. They still won't even give me a measly title bump to my boss's title with no raise. If it weren't for the pandemic I would have been gone already, but now that I'm vaccinated and don't need to hang on to a WFH job I'm getting the he-l out. Sc--w these guys.
Yes I agree unless you were a ceo cio or head of hr crony...or came from flyserv.
