We're at the point where we desperately need more people but we can't get anybody who is even remotely competent. New people usually last only a day or two and when they realize what's expected of them they simply don't show up. In most cases, that's a good thing but it still leaves us horrendously overworked and understaffed. I'm not sure what they're going to do when we start walking out.
