Is everyone so miserable that it's all gotta be negative comments. Keyboard heroes to the rescue. Enjoy ur wife and kids. Get a hobby. Ride a bike or take a hike. Put the keyboard down and start living. No one cares to listen to ur opinion even though u think they do. I dont know what's happened to this country but people seem so miserable and hateful and there is no good that can come out from this. Wake up!

Why should se-ual orientation, race, or gender affect hiring practices and pay scales?
None of this should be baked into the contract. Let's hire the best qualified candidates.
Having diversity for diversity sake doesn't fix the problem.

DOA. THE FEDS ARE SUSPECT IN WASHINGTON DC. THE EXECUTIVES GIVE DC MONEY. THE WHOLE ENTIRE SALE TO FTR FROM VERIZON WAS A SHAM.

MAGPIE/OBUMMER FCC AT THE SALE. THE SEC WAS LIED TO ABOUT INTEGRATION. AS400 DPI IBM MAINFRAMES INSTEAD OF FULL GUI IVAPP FIOS SYSTEM.

DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE HERE. THIS ONE WILL BE DOA. THE EXECS ARE SCREWING THE TAXPAYERS.

Nothing will change until the put competent management in place. You know people that don’t run the company by a spreadsheet and looking at how much they saved by searching for pennies while stepping over dollars. Hiring contractors to do incomplete work then sending out employees to fix. Meanwhile still paying the contractors for job completed. Further, not getting rid of dead weight by holding to age old company practices. Like testing for ladder and climbing skills. Preventing overweight guys from transferring, preventing unskilled people from transferring just because they have seniority. The list goes on and on. But the main point is. The poor management got us here. From where I sit. The management today is even less competent than it was 5 years ago.
