I'm probably just being paranoid, but could the sale of the Collegeville campus mean layoffs?

Hard to say. Many companies are ditching real estate these days if they're not in the real estate business. Often times they're simply realizing that a lot of the work actually can be done remotely and they're able to save a lot of money by not operating as much expensive property.
I know they're probably not planning anything immediate, but within a year or two?
