Will someone explain to them that Resideo needs and weeps for new products, but really meaningful products.... I have a feeling that they not only don't know how to get new product innovation right, but that they are not interested in doing it at all. It’s not worth staying here, I have a feeling I’m sinking along with this company.

It’s a challenge since Engineering is what is dragging this company down. They don’t want to change, they don’t want to work hard. All they do is whine and complain when they get a new challenge. Mayn’t great ideas get ruined nice engineering gets their hands on things.
White supremacy is alive and well it seems in Melville.
In Melville, We managed to run out one who went to HON with his tail low…now we need to push out the other who strategize on old stuff or don’t know anything else…
Let’s get rid the white old guys that permeate everything in Melville with their self absorbed attitude, their backstabbing ways… and over inflated titles …and produce BS… fellow director and other useless…
Can’t be trusted.
Why have product innovation when we are rolling in money and flying private jets and having bonuses based on fake achievements????
Come on!
We were NEVER innovative and even less so now. this should make it easy for you to understand..
Question:
Honeywell Spun off Resideo because....
Multiple Choices:
A) they were innovative and could compete with the the likes of Nest, Ring and other market dominating products that have contemporary functionality and features. B) they generated revenue and were growing with a bright future...
C) They had a growing Customer base and a great install model called the Installer channel (a model from 1986)
D) They WERENT innovative, Their customer base was shrinking, their revenue was shrinking and they hadnt released a product in YEARS and wanted to get rid of them before they sank any more money into a real loser division.
