so it started a few month ago and then they started lay offs from inside sales teams and SDRs. the main excuse is that the company is short on cash. i could have understood that if i hadn't seen our peers in sales , particularly in the middle east region, making hundreds of thousands of dollars over very very low quotas! how is the company struggling while we have sales people with quotas so low that they make 400 and 500 percent?! their accelerator pay alone could have saved my one year salary! worst part of it is that they are laying off the SDRs and inside sales teams in middle east and giving them our jobs in Europe while they are still living in Dubai and not paying income taxes!! some of them are living in countries while their contracts are in tax free countries so they don't need to pay income taxes! i know at least two people live in Jordan and lebanon with their contracts drafted in Bahrain! very bad process since this new emea VP took charge.

yes. i am fortunate to have found a job but we have sales and SAs really sitting and doing nothing as the quotas are so low it is usually closed in the first month of the quarter while they were telling us the company is struggling and this is why they had to a restructure.
