Do any of you believe the intern CEO when he says that no more store are being contemplated to close?

Oh clearly no! Look at the malls dying and JCP as the ONLY anchor store!! Those malls cannot survive more than 2 years.
Yes. Have a friend who’s high up at Simon, and they’re optimistic about the future. Store upgrades are planned at the highest performing locations. They shed all the worst stores in bankruptcy. The remaining stores are profitable, as of now. Of course, things can change, so I wouldn’t say that everyone is 100% safe. But certainly much more stable.
