I can’t stand my manager anymore. No matter how hard I try, I’m not good enough for him.
I try not to take things very personally, but it’s very difficult considering I care about this job (at least until I find something else). It’s not that I think of myself in superlatives, but there are far less productive employees who are “good”. It demoralizes and depresses me a lot.

Our OVM texted me at 10:30 at night expressing how he we disappointed with the recovery in my area. It discouraged me to the point where I’m looking to get a job at the neighboring location just to get away from it. I feel you
