I don’t know what the secret is, but in this company, those people who deserve it the least are constantly promoted. Totally unfair. I wish I was wrong. A while ago I finally decided it was best to leave so I don't know if the situation is still like that, perhaps someone else can comment on that. All I know is I worked hard and tried my best for the promotion that I never got.

CWY who left QC to join Intel back in QC as SVP. Fired fron Intel after 1 year long investigation. The kind of trash QC is hiring at high levels !
I left years ago due to career stagnation at qcom.
It was very political.
Seems not much has changed.
Glad I left when I did as the career went much better elsewhere.

Motion does not equal progress... the younger generation has been rewarded for trying and never held accountable for results until they enter the workforce... now the younger generation does not understand that the real world rewards on results and not effort
I got promoted last year! They do a wonderful job of promoting the write people and getting rid of the people who just complain
