In my 15 or more years here, I have never had more work to do. Without any exaggeration, I am literally overwhelmed with work. It’s certainly better than being fired and not having a job, but this is really too much for me. Is anyone else in a similar situation that because of the amount of work they would prefer to quit, even in these turbulent times?

You mean it's a certain manager's conflict of interest —probably getting non-cash, untraceable benefits from the software vendor i.e. free stays at the company's resort properties, etc.
PAARRRSSAAABBBBLLLEEEE!!! I love updating it every 5 minutes!
Rhymes with constable
Does that software start with a P?
Yes, and it is also far more non-value-add work than ever before. Our team spends about 50% of our time on new software that was implemented to "save time", but it's a certain manager's baby.
