So there is a lot on this about the Macon location which is only surprising simply because a lot more people were upset than I thought. People being upset is very justified because ever since the new HR and Manager got there. Simply put if you don't kiss up to them you are not going to have a good time. You will pretty much get picked on and nothing you do will be good enough for the manager. I don't know what they did in their previous location but it's clearly not working for this location. I'm sure a lot more people have complaints that they are afraid to voice them because of the backlash from their own higher-ups. People shouldn't be walking on eggshells at work when they have not wronged anyone. The HR and the manager have to get their act together and start taking their jobs seriously.

I have sent emails to Corp and nothing has been done. They just don't care as long as that damn dollar is being made for them and owner.
Absolutely right. So many people are done with the brown nosing out there. I have been lucky and I got to move on. I pray more of the good people can out before they find a reason or assumption to replace them. HR or a** kisser should have been gone. Even the acting store manager. Them two were meant to be a pair. If the corporate office doesn’t or hasn’t caught wind of any of this it’s sad.

That's true in general. If you weren't taught to get in the good graces of people who can promote or fire you, you should ask for a refund.
