Does anybody else feel like the company culture is sinking?

No it was sinking even earlier than 2018 the company is floundering. The only way out is to:
Private Equity acquisition to Thoma Bravo or the like. Delist from public market.
Be sold to IT scavengers like Opentext or Microfocus. Delist from public market.
Sold to legacy techs like oracle or IBM.
the company had been sinking for the last 3 years it all started in 2018 when they got the doodoo hacked out of them and 2/3s of their production customer EC2s for their on-prem were blown away.
