We are being sold no doubt about, hopefully the severance is decent or the company being hoodwinked into buying this sh!t show know what they’re doing.
GS has never had a grasp on oil and gas. She either doesn’t understand the regulations or is blatantly unethical

Sad to say that the organization I joined 12 years ago is now an organization I would tell my son to stay well clear of. No longer a fair level playing field for talented men instead it’s a place where perception of diversity more important than performance, sad.
My ba–s have spuffed more intellectual content than the drivel served up by MJ and her pathetic protege minion GS. ba–s don’t need a mindset they just get it done grrrrr
I represent the company, I’m a shareholder I care about BHP yet I’m subject to the nonsense and vitriol that is spunked in my face by GS and MJ. We are professionals yet treat like children. Pathetic...!!!
To the new guys, make sure you don’t use any of your previous experiences and try to apply them at BHP petroleum it’s not welcome. Additionally forget any principles you may have adopted during your career previously, keep your mouth shut and you’ll be just fine. Oh and always nod approvingly at the drivel dished out at townhalls, just stick a spork in your eye if it comes too much.
So far the project services contribution to Petroleum’s “billion dollar challenge” has consisted of ditching loyal , professional and dedicated employees under the guise or reorganization while at the same time rolling out a more complex organization requiring 50% more positions in terms of headcount.
The “skills assessment” the evil empire completed was based only on what employees has achieved during their time at BHP. Obviously this path chosen so that the same tired old failures got to keep their jobs and eliminate those who might pose a challenge. No other O&G operator in the world tolerates this c-ap and it’s sad as a shareholder seeing the company allow this to happen. I thought Matthew and others had been around long enough not to suffer fools like GS, clearly not. Embarrassing...!!!
I was paid off handsomely by BHP in 2016, good to see the stepchild division still being a shambles led by the same uninspiring folks. Nothing new, nepotism, incompetence etc etc
Id love to be a fly on the wall when GS tries explaining the id–t mindset to the new guts and offers them a tattoo and mousemat just in case they forget it, sweet baby Jesus...!!!
MJ has a lot to answer for in this mess or maybe it’s Felice for hiring MJ. Would have been useful actually hiring someone who knew something about project services or at least someone who could relate to the people who work in that discipline. The profile pic that’s 20 years old says it all, masquerading never paid so well.
When will petroleum realize they made a mistake and remove the incompetent mo–n they still continue to support despite numerous incidents of incompetence, unethical behavior and the fact the she blatantly ignores all customer feedback.
NOT ONE PERSON IN THAT ORGANIZATION WOULD VOLUNTEER TO BE ON HER TEAM SHE IS SAPPING THE LIFE OUT OF PROJECT SERVICES
