IBEW824 or Frontier? Does Frontier go along with their plan of seeing how far they can go? Does IBEW stay at a standstill by rejecting proposals and not accepting FTR’s wants?

I’m the same way. I don’t know if I should start looking for a new job or not. I’ve been a tech for 20 years. I don’t really have any qualifications or an education. I don’t know what to do. I wish I could go back in time and be a contractor, besides working at frontier joining the union was the stupidest thing I have done.
They are already gearing up to use contract labor

I am certain Frontier holds all the power. The union is just an entity of the employer, the company still functions without a labor union. It's a fact not a matter of opinion, especially union members opinions.
