I know three people who have quit during this month.
I’m sorry I’m not one of them, because it’s really a waste of time to work at this company. It was interesting for a while, because this was my first job so I learned some things, but I think one shouldn't stay here longer than two years. Does it seem to you that more and more people are leaving lately?

With pandemic lessening in us and job market increasing all I talk to are out of here.
Yes, you need to find a way out. I left couple of years ago. Did you guys hear about Annual merit raise, did they reinstate 401k Match yet?
Yes, all the knowledgeable people have left or are leaving only ones left are high paid cronies of ceo. Flood gates open!
