I've been bullied at Enbridge (Legacy union to be exact) for years. The bully was k won to management, yet she was promoted time and time again. Do I have a legal recourse here? HR won't help me, I tried.

Theres severe bullying on the legacy enbridge side. Especially union employees.

Weak minded people stop crying about being bullied.. Stand up for yourself and get in their face and tell em shut your mouth or eat a fist. TO many weak people no a days who can't fight or are scared to throw a punch.. touching up snowflakes ❄

HR is there to protect the company's interest, not the employee's.
K–l yourself on the RoW and hopefully they get the picture.. THEN again they have to backfill the role now
I was bullied too. The bully got promoted and was the most incompetent fool I've ever seen. That's the Union Gas way. If you are actually smart and hard working, you are not a good fit for UG company culture.
You need solid proof, try to get the bullies email you or via chat, once you have that call the compliance hotline. Without evidence you don’t have a case

Bullying isn't illegal. Not saying it's ok just that when your company doesn't do more than what they HAVE to do (compliance) they aren't going to help you on something like bullying.
