If you are impacted by Reshape and having to post for your job, are you really going to tell your line manager NO if he asks you if you want to return to the office in April? He holds the power to whether or not you have a job.....I would like to be vaccinated first.

I hate wearing a mask. My glasses fog up when I breathe through my nose. Why can’t we just work from home until masks are no longer required. Going back to the office doesn’t need to happen while we’re still required to wear masks. It’s an unnecessary inconvenience given that we’ve shown working from home doesn’t reduce productivity.
Even prior to the vaccine UPS, grocery store clerks and other essential workers were still serving the public. I imagine masks, temperature checks and social distancing will be required. I think you’ll be Okay.
All the robots are itching to get back into the office so they can network and have coffees in the caf. Of course they think you’ll forego your personal safety in the name of getting that next job!
It’d be nice to have some guidance on future remote work plans like BP provided a couple weeks ago.
