There’s always a drama with Baker. Always a reorg, a merger, a layoff. Always some gossip or intrigue. Demoralized employees trying to make sense of it all in front of customers.
Companies want to get their sh*t together don’t want to work with drama queens. Everyone is just so tiered of Baker’s c––p, especially the former employees now working for customers.
