This was once a good company that I was proud to say I work for. Then a group of "leaders" who are only thinking about filling their own pockets systematically started destroying everything that was good about this place - until they turned into only a shell of its former self. But hey, gotta keep the shareholders happy and gotta keep those big bonuses coming, so who cares about employees and customers?

No one cares if you found a job. No one cares that you lost your job. No one cares that Carlos's family broke laws (aka illegal) in their entry to America. No one cares about anything more.
Layoffs for everyone is on the table - no one cares.

I am happy to have found a new job and got to leave ADP. 5 years was to much !
Nah, now that they started it happening 4 years ago, they need (and will) pour gasoline on this plan to cover up the mess they started. Only way out now for them is to burn the whole company down, which Carlos is certainly trying his best to do.
