Thread regarding Sears layoffs

What is the average age of your customers?

Be honest, how many people under 50 (or even 60) do you see at your store on a daily basis? I'm shocked when we get more than a handful. This proves more than anything else that Sears is a relic of the past and that the only people who still shop here are those who have some fond memories from their youths or are just doing it out of habit.

Sears will be gone by year end. At this point the age of the customer base is irrelevant.

I think that's very true, and no it isn't because the under 50 crowd is shopping Sears online. The selection online is as pathetic or worse than what is in the stores.

B&M shopping is on its way out anyway. Future is online, for the most part. B&M is still a thing only because of boomers. Gen Z, etc., dont shop in stores and malls lol.

With Amazon and thousands of other much better known sites and options you think the younger generations are going to specifically search out Sears to buy from us? You're adorable.

OR... the majority of the under 50 crowd are purchasing their goods on our website. Did this thought ever enter your empty skull?
