here is Boeing problem? because of all the lazy, do nothings , and the culture of being an a– kisser mentality [goes for IAM s—asses too] this Washington plant will be closed in 5-7 years, its too late to fix.in 2015 the leadership was preaching Quality,Worklife balance and happy workers make any company prosperious.also, preaching how Boeing needs to be competitive in the global market and stay ahead of EADS for the "broader Share" of this market, Now here in 2021, Boeing is not the leader [EADS owns 65% of market] anymore....and frankly, I think Chicago has thrown in the towel, no more "preaching" is goin on anym, ore, just Negetive Vibes in Everett, Renton …...people are absent 30% of the time, and management is dishelved at best. Boeing will be a Non-Union Company By 2027, as all the work will be in right 2 work states, Charleston, Kansas & probably Texas & Alabama.

Boeing's biggest debt is owed to the generation of workers and engineers who designed and produced the 737/747 over 50 years ago in the mid 60's when employee's contributions were measured by their hard work and not their orientation.
Without this there would be no platform for the garbage going on today.
Boy did this generation of Boeing blow the trust fund.
The board claimed they had outsourced majority of the 787 because they didn’t have the money to finance a new airplane. This was also the reason they sold the Wichita plant to onyx the credit spirit Aerosystems to finance the 787.
There’s no way in hell with that kind of debt they have they can afford a new aircraft program.
The two previous CEOs have destroyed this company. They focused on nothing but corporate bonuses for themselves and their board. They left the company who safety reputation‘s been destroyed, and a mountain of debt that they will never get out of.
