My Managers just park and go to sleep and do fake field test all the time.
Had a passing ride along with 10 miles and ge got off at the 3rd siding and went home. 😂
Suspended for two weeks Gand slap don’t do it again
Managers all scared of their bosses so they do break the rules everyday just to kiss up to the bosses
Oh no! Who is going to hand out the free hot dogs? Bring those managers back ASAP!
Can’t move when on tow in. I think you need to focus you attention on your family. This place will obviously make you goofy.
Yep, let’s fire every manager that breaks a policy. Let’s also fire every union employee that steals time by slow walking trains, running 20 miles an hour under track speed in order to make tow-in, and those who have to be run out of the crew room to get on their train. There are no Saints working for UP. If you want to accuse others, clean up your own mess also.
Unethical management at the UP? LOL!
Lol, almost every manager fakes their tests. Why start firing them now? It's not like the UP suddenly developed honestly or integrity.
I can’t believe how much money we lose to fake these metrics.
You'll love aannal more after working here.
Just use more KY elsewhere.
I’m sure they will all find other RR jobs. If you can work here you can work anywhere and no amount of abuse by another employer will compare. Most guys I know that have left or been fired never look back.
The why behind that I'm sure has to do with accountability. The lower managers are doing what they're told by the upper management. With them gone, it's harder to hold the upper management accountable for safety violations. In other words, it's a cover your a55 scenario. You never leave loose ends that could come back to bite you.
Not sure why, most every UP metric is a pencil whipped fantasy. The encouragement to cook the books comes from the top so firing someone for doing the same thing regarding testing metrics is just plain goofy.
