PPE - 2020

Everyone, Feb-May, sold more PPE then they ever did in their lifetimes . Little filled by the time 90% of sales force were furloughed......

Sooo product finally fills in April and May... The end of May arrives and active reps are anticipating the “check of a lifetime” and learn , around payday, that all those key sales will be paid in a completely different way from March rates ...nothing crazy..you know.. Only and estimated 70-90 % cut.

“But wait , huh?!?!?! We already did all this
work !!”

“What’s that? You got a problem ? Well
sonny, we are employees-at-will”.

The sad part of this reality is that we didn’t have a crystal ball, couldn’t predict the future, and we did the work BLINDLY and “willfully” SOLD with an expectation of our pay rate reflecting the last compensation . We didn’t have control of that outcome. So what’s the end result of the hard work of selling all that PPE during this time period , while customers complain about where their products are , while people are all of sudden waiting on unemployment while those orders fill ?

  • Furloughed reps get 0 on the B/O’s open from 3/20
  • Crumbs are paid out to the actives lucky enough “to survive”.
  • ... So who keeps the dough?

Hmm.. Bet you can answer that one.

I'm guessing you just received your commission check from when they last changed the program without giving you legal notice. Be looking for another one.

back in March/April/May

I was watching reps take $4500 PPE orders and their cut based on the GP was $82...criminal

Basically selling 10 grand in masks was the equivalent of selling a few superseats out of whattabargain
