Haha....anyone that actually thought this MOR was in any way, shape, or form "competitive" is naive at best and in denial at the worst.

If you are JG3 and below, you're just praying that they appoint that one (and only) JG1/JG2 manager that you know will keep you on.

Now that the letter grade assignments have been announced, I suspect at least 95% of the org has been unofficially set. Just going through the motions of pretending everyone still has a chance... Don’t waste your time ‘beautifying’ your Talent Card.

Why bother. The boxes have already been ticked. This is all just an HR exercise to keep the Giant from getting in trouble. Whole process is laughable at best. No interviews and the promise that we the management know you already says it all. May the best A$$ kissers win!
