SYWR and Alfie are worthless. There are so many fake SYWR accounts it's ridiculous. Employees created fake SYWR accounts just to satisfy metrics and to capture points for themselves. Management was fully aware of it in stores and looked the other way just so they and the store would look good to corporate.
