Anonymous Fink or Snitch Hotline and encourage employees to call in to rat out their fellow Boeing coworkers. No wonder morale is in the toilet at Boeing. When did Boeing leaders set up the Snitch hotline? I no longer open Outlook to read any Boeing company emails. It's been over four years since I last opened Outlook. What a waste of time having Outlook.

Another numb thread. SMH
They already have some thing it’s called the Boeing ethics department which is a complete joke. anything you report to ethics immediately they go to your manager with. Boeing ethics exist for one reason to prevent a company from being sued. They absolutely care nothing about actual ethics.
Thats because boeing is trying to fire people instead of laying them off. If you get fired, they don't have to call you back and they get to keep all the money they contributed into your retirement account. Plus, they look better by not laying off as many people as expected. Its corporate greed mystery solved
stupid thread
Watch how fast the Snitch Hotline line will end up being highly abused by the unethical types at Boeing, and there sure is a lot of them. Doubt Boeing put any cross checks in place to verify. Once someone calls in, the accused is fired. If you have personally been subjected to backstabbing by a Coworker that ends up really being an unethical person, or abused by a Boeing manager that goes unpunished, you no longer have any faith that Boeing Leaders will do the right thing to make things right.
If you were not a lazy thief who has nothing to hide, you could appreciate that there are many contributing to Boeings demize and would understand that getting rid of trash would make your job more stable and rewarding. I am a hard working, busy Boeing employee who values emoyee health and safety over everything else. I wont complain about managers because I cant do anyrhing about that, and they can not afford to lose me. Pros and cons, they are everywhere.
