So layoffs happening all across the health system but not be reported in the news. This organization has become a laughing stock. I feel bad for the employees that have been here for the long haul and now being laid off without a second thought.
Hopefully someone buys this sinking ship and turns things around.
The problem is the management. Worked there 20 years. They need to stop hiring supervisors and managers. We need workers not people that sit in meetings and not making useful decisions. The workers are the ones suffering. Totally feel unappreciated and like a nobody.

I agree. I have heard of numerous layoffs throughout all the hospitals. Employees are also leaving in droves. Unless Tower sells to a large system that knows what it is doing, Tower won’t be around for much longer. They are bleeding money like crazy and just cutting people left and right. How about do some marketing for all the providers we had hired over the past 3-4 years? I feel like management doesn’t have a clue. However, hopefully whoever takes over cleans house at the top.
