Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

the next civil airplane catastrophe is not a matter of if...

The IAM and SPEEA are a Stinky Pile of Sh– dragging Boeing down. The whole company needs to close it's doors, and reappear in a right to work state.

The Union is there to collect Union dues and protect the worthless. Their time has passed. Once the mindset of working for a company for decades then retiring is gone so will the Unions. With that said, I worked at an aerospace company in a right to work state for nearly a decade. It was an awesome place to work until they were bought out by a public company. It then turned into the same corporate sh— show as Boeing rather fast. I hear the place is crumbling now but they do have open positions for Diversity and Inclusion HR Representatives on their job board. Their corporate board room looks like a who’s who of University of Phoenix MBA minority graduated with zero aviation background. Oh well. I expect the landscape of aviation to look much different in 20 years. These ambitious startups like Aerion, Boom etc... are gonna smoke past the stockholder profit driven corporate monoliths like Boeing.

It's true about the the union. The ones that are working as Reps and all of them are the most lazy, no skills, kind of people out there. Organized crime masked behind worker rights. Banking on workers dues. If everyone did a honest day of work with pride in there work, Boeing would be so prosperous, we would make the same wages and get the same benefits. Half of Boeing workers ruin it for the ones that do work hard and the Union protects those lazy F#@ks. Half of the workers at Boeing don't do s&!t for the company on a daily basis. They want to form all these formal and informal groups, clubs, and safety leaders that dictate why you can not work like most people do. You find those people active in the teachers pet department kissing the managers a– more then you see them actively working or on there cell phones playing BooFu games on social media with there other macho lazy co workers. The union is only there for those lazy people. The union sold out to the pension buy off too. At one time the Union was good for it's members but that has long been gone and the Union today is selling off what the union in the past fought to get. The union today sit around playing Boofu games on social media for us now. The union today is worthless, greedy, and weak. This is dedicated to you business Rep Garth ,Thanks for nothing. When the union hall gets a stack of pizza delivered he offers me a cracker...WTF

Well that's about the most uninformed stupidest post I've read today. Thanks for the laugh. Unions are only bad for greedy companies. BTW, are you going to get $60 Million when you retire after hurting the company?

Boeing 2021..... social engineering and the color of people's skin is more important than aeronautical engineering, and bean counting is more important than passenger safety.

The HR department has taken over Boeing. The whole HR department has a bad attitude, and lacks having integrity or a moral compass. HR looks the other way when Managers are abusing subordinates. Not a backbone among any HR. Same with the Joke they call the Ethcis Department.
