This organization was well run, well managed and very profitable company. New management k–led it. with dreams to expand and buy other companies with no logical and business sense. Very arrogant management. With these lay offs, I guarantee no one from the head quarters will be laid off. Production leaders are arrogant - IT department management is in-competent and HR is a joke.
